Prices shown are in £ sterling per unit, per week and are inclusive of all linen; towels and electricity.
Deposit 25% of total, with booking application and the balance is due on arrival. Telephone reservations can be made and will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the booking form and deposit.

All linen & towels provided, changed weekly
TV, DVD, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
Tumble dryer for visitor use in garage.
Electricity
Complimentary 1st basket of logs in winter months

Local taxis
Oil Central heating charged as extra per week (if required)
Fridge /larder stocked on arrival by arrangement
A few house rules:
Arrival not before 3.00pm and departure by 11.00am Saturdays for weekly rentals.
No pets in bedrooms
Smoking downstairs and outside only
